Running the marathon that you already lost

1st   product of Kalakoat

Notes of sociology for law students
  • Made myself,
  • marketed and
  • successfully failed

Step 1 :- Collecting people

I collected 45 people in a group
Created a community

Step 2 :- Pre selling and making the product

Was able to sell only 6 people
Price the product  200-250 rupees

As for pre-selling
3 people were ready

But ironically only 3 got ready
After continues marketing

It took tears out of my eyes to collect
Rest 3 people adding up to only 6

LEARNING LESSONS

1. THE GAME OF DIGITS

If you have your community in 2 digits
Only one digit people will agree to buy it

If you have your audience in 3 digits
Two-digit people would buy it

So if you to maximise the no. Of people
buying your product you should maximise your audience

How do you do that?
Ans: Improve your  network

Customer retenion is only 10%

MISTAKE :- LOT OF PROMISES

Promised too many things
And now the people who paid me
Are expecting all of it

And I'm expected to make
Mindmaps
Record audio explaining the concept

POSSIBLE  SOLUTION

DO PROMISE TOO MANY THINGS

QUESTION TO PONDERC

SHOULD YOU MAKE SMALL PRODUCTS AND SELL IT ?
LIKE FOR PYQ ....200
All modules .....200
Like dividing your products into small segments

WHAT MADE YOU FEEL GOODIE GOODIE DURING THE JOURNEY
Was it money or customer satisfaction
Well I realised money could simply make you more restless and unhappy

Customer satisfaction and feedback made me feel happy

CONCLUSION

KALAKOAT IS NOT A PROFIT-MAKING CONCEPT
IT IS AN IDEA THAT ALWAYS WANTS TO LEARN
